Structure Of Files

The downloaded template package comprises multiple folders. Now, let's take a look at the contents of each folder:

Screenshots - displays template screenshots. Do not use these for creating templates.

Theme - carries Files for a WordPress theme

"trekking-sports-pro" -this package has The important files regarding the theme.

"license.txt" - contains license details

Template Installation

The installation process can be executed in two methods.

1-Install a theme using wordpress admin

The initial step you should take is to Step #1 : Login WordPress Admin

1. Go to the menu Appearance → Themes


2.Click Add New


3. Click the button labeled 'Upload Theme.


Now Upload your previously downloaded trekking-sports-pro.zip


Congratulations your theme have been successfully installed.

2-Install a Theme using FTP

The Your Next option is involves uploading the theme via FTP. To use this method, first Access your website by logging via FTP and navigate to the folder located at wp-content/themes. Then, unzip the theme you downloaded and the extracted file, upload to your server.


Afterward, Access your WordPress account by logging in site and go to Appearance -- Select Themes to activate Total.

Plugin Installation

Now Go to plugin option on your dashboard and add and upload the plugin

  • Install Essential plugins:
  • Contact-form-7
  • Go to Dashboard →Go To plugin →Then Add New →Select Upload plugin.

Tap on the install now button and activate

Go toDashboard → Appearance → Get started

Set-up Home page.

1) Create Page to set template:Go to Dashboard → Pages → Add New Page.

Lable your home Page with your parent site name or you can label it home page also. Then go to settings then Reading and change the template from static to home page.


2) Instructions for setting the front page display as a static page: Go to the WordPress dashboard and click on "Settings" in the left-hand menu.Select "Reading" from the submenu.Under the "Front page displays" section, choose the "Static Page" option.From the drop-down menu next to "Front page," select the "Home" page you created.Save your changes.

How to Arrange and Reordering Section

Section reordering means to arranage the section as per our requirement. first you need to choose section and drag section on top or bottom where you need it. when you will drap any section your front view will change according to your choice.

Go to Appearance → After this Customize → Site Identity


Set-up Top Bar Section

In order to begin with Topbar,

Go to Appearance → After this Customize → Theme Settings → Topbar → Topbar Settings

Go to Pages → Add new


For menu you will have to add pages from.

  • You can choose to either enable or disable the section by selecting the appropriate option. Enabling the section will show it, while disabling it will hide it.
  • Number of Slider To Show: Allows you to select no. of sliders you want to display.
  • Slider Image: Here you can place the images for slider.
  • Slide text: Here, you can put the text to be displayed on slider.
  • Slider Button Text: Here, you can put the text to be displayed on button.

Before proceeding with the Contact Us section, It is necessary to activate contact form 7 plugin. Following the installation of contact form 7 plugin. Contact options become visible on the Dashboard.

Go to Dashboard →Go To Contact → Select Add New Page

Post, Categories and Post Formats

Add category

  1. Log into your admin area in WordPress Panel (Dashboard).
  2. Click the Posts tab.
  3. With that done, click Categories for Organic posts.
  4. Type in the name of your new category.
  5. After that, click the Add New Category button.
  6. Click the Publish button.

  1. Log into your WordPress Administration Panel (Dashboard).
