Theme can be updated easily by two methods. First, you need to download latest version of theme in zip file. Then unzip it to obtain theme folder. By using FTP navigate to theme folder, locate the theme and replace the old version with new one. Or, you can download the new version. Navigate to WordPress dashboard, deactivate old theme, with add new button upload new theme, activate it and take a look at theme options.

Yes! You can upgrade to the different package after signing in. In your personal account page, you can access the information about your current package and instructions on how to upgrade it to different one.

For this you need to follow the steps given on Wordpress site. Wordpress platform installation is an option given by your host. So you need to contact your host for further information.

- 11. Can I get a refund?
We do not provide refund policy as there’s no system to return the digital product. If you are not satisfied with the service that we are providing, you can let us know and we will try and resolve the issue for you. But there’s no way that we can issue a refund.
