Beauty-Pro-Salon Theme would not load I would like a refund

I purchased the beauty-pro-salon theme and it keeps say the link you followed expired when I attempt to upload the theme. All of the other themes that I purchased before do not have this problem at all. But this beauty-pro-salon fails every time when attempting to upload. It gives error “the link you followed expired”. I would like a refund.
