Hi there, couple of items with the theme I just purchased and am working in. Website is http://www.fischcampclimb.com .
    1. I need to write my own copyright in the footer, but the previous text “© Trekking” is not replaced by my text, my own copyright is added after it. How can I fix this?
    2. In the Customizer NONE of the Section ON/OFF toggles are working. For example, I want to turn OFF (and thus hide) the “Brand Options” section, since we do not work with any Brands. I click the easy toggle from ON to OFF, but after the Customizer re-previews, the “Brand” section is still there in its entirety. Even if I “publish” the change, the “Brand” section is still there in its entirety. This holds true for ALL of the Section ON/OFF toggles, none of them are working.
    3. When I imported the DEMO site, I was expecting to get the Customizer loaded with everything, fonts, colors, etc., from the actual Demo site. While the actual fonts and colors show up on the webpage, none of them show up pre-loaded in the Customizer settings, so it’s total guesswork. Again, while all of the Demo site pictures show up on the webpage, I cannot actually locate any of them anywhere in the Theme (i.e – Media Library, sample Posts, etc.) where are they?

Ok, so I’ve been working this theme for 10 hours now and I’ve managed a few workarounds to Issue No: 3 (see above), but I still can’t make any progress in the Theme Customizer with certain sections. The 3 sections in particular are titled “Our Team”; “Our Services”; and “Our Adventures”. With “Our Team” I cannot locate or edit the 4 Posts that it’s pulling from for the 4 pics and Country locations that its populating the section with. These 4 Posts literally do not exist anywhere within the files that came over with the Demo Site, they don’t show up in the Posts or Page lists at all. It’s basically the same exact issue with the other 2 Sections. With the “Our Adventures” I cannot locate or edit the 6 Posts the theme is pulling from, and when I change the “activities category” sub-section the theme just ignores it and doesn’t pull any Posts in that category. With the “Our Services” I cannot locate or edit the 4 Posts it’s pulling from for the pics and text or the font awesome class icons. Developers I need some insight and help here please.

Ok, so I’ve basically been able to solve Issue #3 from my OP (see above) but issues 1 and 2 remain, and adding to Issue 2 is that the toggle switch to turn on/off the page loader icon also does not work. So basically Developers I still need insight on Issues 1 and 2 from my OP.

Just read your email and replied. I’m not really comfortable providing you with an administrator credential to the site, and I do not think I should have to do that to get this matter resolved. What I would like is for the theme that Ovation developed to function the way that it’s advertised, and how Ovation set it up to work. The answer to my question about how to change the default copyright section should not require me giving you an administrator credential to the site with username and password. Also, clearly Ovation developed the theme with ON/OFF toggle switches in order to make it so that certain sections of the homepage could be shown or not shown. As well as the same for the site loader icon to show or not show. The toggle switches that Ovation developed for this theme simply do not function at all (and in reading your forum it seems to happen with many other Ovation themes as well), and this has nothing to do with anything that I’ve done since I used the Ovation demo site out-of-the-box. Please provide an alternate solution which does not require me providing you with an administrator credential with username and password to the site. Thank you.
