Currently it is using the free version of the theme as the pro version that came with the bundle deal is useless cant change anything without it messing up all over the place. The free version has worked okay with some persuasion but I just cant disable or change the nasty animations.

Is anyone going to reply to this I am being held up from fully releasing the website until this is resolved, waiting for days and days for a reply is ridiculous. This is now very urgent and needs resolving ASAP.

You are forcing me to leave the website open so you can take a look. I don’t want this website visible right now as I am still working on it for our client but as you want to look at it for some reason and you are taking days to reply I am having to leave it open all the time. Come on guys hurry up this is not rocket science and should be a very simple issue to resolve.

No matter I have figured it out myself just need to delete the animations.css file and that stops all animations. Still want a refund for the paid version though as it is useless ans support has not been helpfull at all.

I have no more issues with the free version but the paid pro version that came with the bundle deal is no good at all and the other themes within that bundle are all broken as well hence a full refund is required.

As I have already stated multiple times the Pro version of this theme that is in the bundle deal will not work correctly as with all the other themes that use your custom block editor. I have been asking for support with this ever since I purchased it as you well know by looking at the history of this request and you have not given any form of support with these issues if I get a reply at all it is just a generic read the documents instructions as If I haven’t gone through all that already.
I have now found the solution to the issue myself as no support was given for it by you but this is only working on the free version of the theme as the paid version is just useless.
In summery I have reached out for support but your support has failed to give an adequate answer if answered at all. Due to this failure on your part, I now request a full refund.
Please do not reply with a generic answer like look at the documentation or saying that you will help with issues with the product as you haven’t helped at all throughout this entire process.
