how to Uploading Educational Premium Theme to WordPress

Purchased your premium medical theme and installed to my Managed Word Press account, however I can’t figure out how to activate the premium theme. The basic theme is still populating when I go to edit the site. How do I access and activate an installed premium theme? Thanks.

The site is advancedsleepmanagement.com however, the site is currently on a C-Panel platform. We’re switching over to Managed Word Press and I’m working in a test environment. I selected your medical theme to build upon. I then discovered that what I selected was not the same as what was presented. I purchased the Pro version to get all the features.

I have installed Pro, but am not able to access any of the features to begin building the site. This is not even close to what was presented on your page. I called Go Daddy support and they installed plug ins they thought would help, but nothing has changed.

I need help getting this medical pro theme set up so that it looks like what I purchased.

I’d like to send you two images of what I purchased versus what I’m seeing. Is there a way to share screen grabs?

Hi,

I was able to get the issues I wrote about earlier resolved.

Now that I’m in and editing the theme, I’m running into an issue with the “Header” settings. The theme has pre-populated titles (blog, checkout, contact us, etc.). I’m not able to edit/add/delete this section at all. Can you provide information on how to get into this section to edit? Perhaps you have a PDF guide to the theme?

All the other sections are working fine.
