    I purchased a premium WordPress theme bundle from your website, and I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing and downloading the themes I have paid for.

    I bought a full package.

    Unfortunately I cannot access the full zip file as my desk computer is not working and I have to install on a new machine.

    The message is saying I have downloaded ..which of course I did when I initially purchased. But as I said I can’t access the zip file and would like to download again please
