I’ve placed an order, and have been charged for it via paypal, but when i go to my orders section in your website, it says my order is on hold.
I recieved an email from you saying i have to complete my order which seems to do the whole thing again, (i stopped when it wanted to charge me again).
Please can i have my original order fullfilled or refunded. #9580 is the order number.
