i agree with you and for now, because Ovation Themes does not solve any malfunction despite the number of users who report problems (without admin access (?) for all site ko …. it’unbelieved). So, it’s necessary to re-code the theme that i used, ….
… refund money, why not.I can also offer Vivek to support his approach if he wants a testimony.
Yes, please help issue refund. The template is just not mature enough for what i am looking to do and is good for beginners or bloggers. Appreciate positive customer service and willingness to back your product with refund. Please let me know once refund is initiated. Thanks
I dont need help. Please provide refund as suggested earlier. The template has incompatible scripts with latest WP and is just not customizable to the extent i require for my setup. Please initiate REFUND ASAP! It is ridiculous that it has not been done till now. Please prioritize. Thanks
