    When I am logged in the WordPress, indeed the chart is shown when I check that page. But when I am logget out, the chart is not displayed.

    When I check the Console on the website there are multiple errors, eg.
    – Uncaught ReferenceError: WOW is not defined
    – Uncaught Error: Bootstrap’s JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher, but lower than version 3
    – Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).superfish is not a function
