Hi,

Sometimes when a theme is being uploaded to WordPress, an incompatible archive error is displayed. Extract the zip file, folder will be seen, double-click on it. Then, recompress the file and upload the updated compressed file.

Before continuing, please make a backup of your website, if any data is present.

This suggestion on Feb 21 to unzip on machine, and then zip again worked. Thanks.

I have the One Business Blocks Version: 1.2 installed.

Went to the documentation to upgrade. I purchased a $40 upgrade.

I downloaded the following zip. I get an INCOMPTIABLE ARCHIVE ERROR when installing it as a NEW theme or as a NEW Plugin.

I tried unzipping and rezipping..did not work as a new theme to install

Same thing happened to me as well. I purchased a theme. Downloaded the zip file. Attempted to load the theme to WP and it states incompatible. I then extracted and compressed as suggested and it is still incompatible. Not assuring of a quality product.
